Modeling my new hat

Here is Morganne showing all the ways she can wear her new hat that Nana and Grandad brought back for her from Alaska. With a little help from Daddy of course. So cute....

Curtis turns 1 year old!!! Yeah!

So today our family went to celebrate our friend Curtis' first birthday. It was quite the party and Curtis did not dissapoint with the cake eating. Morganne and Curtis are best buds and go to the same babysitter. Her parents Brittany and Bryant are some of our closest friends. Brittany hired me (she paid me with a much needed haircut- very cute, more pictures to follow!) to take Curtis' 1 yr. pictures. It was fun, but I am definitely not a professional. You've got to have a lot of patience when dealing with 1 year olds!!! I plan to take some of Morganne for her 6 month. We'll see how it goes. Here are a few pics from the party and of the photo shoot we had!

A bottom incisor and she is oh so proud! Bring out the steak!!! (She is a very good eater by the way! Haven't found a food yet she won't eat! We have gone through all the vegetables and most of the fruits so far. She is such a good baby!)

We are sitting up better and better each day!!! She is getting SO big!!!!

Proud of our Triatheletes!!

Justin ran his second sprint triathalon yesterday and again finished strong. They had a 380 yard swim, 10 mile bike, and 3 mile run and he finished in just over an hour! This year he had friends also running with him. Dan Brownlee ran again, and Gene Gosewher and Cassie Roberson ran their first triathalon and all finished very well!! We had a great time with absolutely fabulous weather! Here are some pictures of the morning!!!

The after picture, surprisingly they still look pretty good!!! We are very proud of them all! Next year, we hope to see Brit in here with them! Unfortunately, she had to miss this year due to her son being ill. We missed you Brit!!

Ripken and Zeke

Much of our entertainment comes from our daughter, but also our pets. Ripken and Zeke are about the same age and have really grown up together. They have a love hate relationship and I really think that Zeke is the real bully. Here is some video of a normal occurance at our house. Don't let Zeke fool you, I think Ripken is taking the brunt of most of this battle. I wish I could place the video to music or add voice over. Just picture the subtitles reading "Oh Ripken, I love you, I love you, I love you" "Hey where are you going?" "Zeke, you moving, stuffed toy, you..." "Oh yeah, well take that, and that, and that......"
