Warning, lots of pictures ahead!!!!
Grandma Sue came to visit this week and the 4-H fair was going on. So lots of activity, lots of heat, and a very tired, though happy family. We went swimming one evening and the water temp was 90 degrees, it felt so good! There are more pictures of Kaelynn because Morganne decided that she didn't want to swim and refused to get back in the water. Not sure what that is about.... She is definitely a stubborn child :cP.
Grandma and Daddy putting Kaelynn in the floaty ring. It proved to be a bit big for her and she didn't stay in it long though. She loved the water!
Mommy and Kaelynn time....
We've ventured out to the fair a few times already and are planning to go again tonight. Fair food only comes around once a year!!! Plus, Morganne really got excited to see all the animals this year and we know so many kids showing and with projects that we had to go see as many as we could. I can always talk Justin into going for the gigantic ice cream cones and elephant ears. We look forward to the State Fair next month!! We already have plans to go twice!
Grandad smiles so much when his "girls" are around. I love watching him with them.
Grandad helping Morganne enjoy her very own "kids sized" milk shake.
Stopping in to see the Lentz kids show their goats. Kaelynn got lots of attention from Mary and Grace. The fair is a great time to see friends that we may only run into 1-2 times a year.
Morganne petting a Llama! This was even more exciting when another Llama escaped and had to be corralled after running lose around the tent a few times. We just told Morganne to stand still and watch and luckily they caught him quickly. Morganne thought it was pretty crazy.
What Kaelynn thought about the most of the fair....
Walking with her two special Grandmas....
Nana found a new Exer saucer (the only thing "baby" we still didn't have) for Kaelynn at a garage sale and she loves it! It's a really nice one and oh so cheap! I love garage sales!!!
This last week we began feeding rice cereal to Kaelynn too. She didn't quite know what to think about it and I'm pretty sure more food came out than stayed in this first time feeding. She has gotten the hang of it quickly though as last night she ate every drop! I can't belive how old she is already, time is flying by so fast.
It's been such a fun, busy last couple weeks. All of this paired with Justin now playing in two softball leagues, it's been rather crazy. We are so blessed.
