Somtimes I question why I'm not able to stay at home full time with my girls, because that is a strong desire of mine. I am blessed to only work part time, but even part time, I feel like I am away from them so much. Then, there are moments like these where we see that God's plan is bigger than our own. He is using my girls and it makes my heart sing. Definitely teared up when I read this post from our babysitter today. This isn't the first of it's kind regarding Kaelynn. I love this little girl so much. She is proving to not only be a huge blessing to me, but also to those around her. We are so proud of all of our daughters!
From Amye (our babysitter) 3/18/15 on Facebook:
I meant to share this story with everyone last week.
I have a little girl here in my daycare that is so sweet. I normally only have her on Fridays so I cherish the time that she is here since it is so short.
After nap last Friday, she and I were talking while waiting for the little ones to wake up. We had a great conversation, talking about all kinds of things, and all of a sudden she starting talking about the Last Supper. She told me all about why Jesus had this and
... what there was to eat. She told me that Jesus was crucified on the cross so that we could all be forgiven of our sins. He was placed in a "cave" and left there. But he came back to life and everyone rejoiced.
What an amazing way for God to speak to me and remind me that he is always here and that he will never let me down.
Kaelynn (age 5), you have no idea how much I needed for you remind me of those stories.
Holly and Justin, she is listening and she is sharing God's word!
